At Serenity House, we offer a transitional program designed to provide a secure environment for pregnant women and single mothers facing homelessness.

Who Is Eligible?
Pregnant women and single mothers with one child aged 18-30
Women who agree to be sober or off drugs at intake
Women motivated to commit to a structured program
Process for Entering the Program:
Clients must apply for the program
Beds are available on a first-come, first-served basis
Intakes are Mon-Fri, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Clients or referring agencies should call to check for openings
A phone interview will be completed
Program Details:
Our transitional program can last up to 24 months. Residents are responsible for a monthly program fee, a one-time deposit, and their own food expenses. The home also provides donated items (food, clothing, etc.) as available. Residents prepare their own meals, share household responsibilities, and learn independent living skills while continuing employment, job training, or school. Regular meetings with a Case Manager, Mentor, and attendance at life skills classes are required.
